Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure they have an outstanding experience with our platform. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to advocate for our customers and provide valuable insights to improve our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our services.
Guide customers through product features and configurations, ensuring they maximise the value of our platform.
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, report, and resolve technical bugs and issues.
Document common issues and create knowledge base articles to empower customers and streamline support processes.
Advocate for customers by providing feedback to improve the platform’s usability and performance.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while assisting customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
Strong understanding of cloud hosting, virtualisation technologies (KVM, QEMU), and Linux server administration.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong desire to help and empower users.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms or hosting services.
Previous experience with ticketing systems or CRM tools.
