You can receive up to $500 in credit depending on your project scope and needs. We evaluate each application individually to ensure you have enough resources to get started.
How long are the credits valid?
Launch Pack credits are valid for 12 months from the date of approval. This gives you plenty of time to build, test, and launch your project.
What services can I use with the credits?
Credits can be used for any Onidel service including Premium VPS, High-Frequency VPS, Storage VPS, Block Storage, and Object Storage. Use them however best fits your project.
What happens after I use all my credits?
Once credits are exhausted, you'll seamlessly transition to pay-as-you-go billing. There's no service interruption - you simply pay for what you use going forward.
Can I apply if I already have an Onidel account?
Yes! Existing customers can apply for the Launch Pack. However, the program is designed for new projects, so please include details about your new development work in your application.
How does the dedicated support channel work?
After approval, you'll receive access to a dedicated support channel where you can get priority assistance from our technical team. Response times are typically under 2 hours during business hours.
Is there a limit on how many times I can apply?
The Launch Pack is a one-time program per person/organization. However, if you've successfully launched a project and are starting something new, feel free to reach out to discuss options.
