Each plan includes a monthly bandwidth allocation that covers both inbound and outbound traffic. With bandwidth pooling, all VMs within the same region can share the same pool of bandwidth, making it easy to optimize usage across your infrastructure. If you exceed your allocation, you can either upgrade your plan or pay for additional bandwidth at $3/TB.
DDoS protection is included at select locations with protection levels that vary. However, we do not provide guaranteed DDoS protection. For high-risk applications, please consider using dedicated DDoS protection services.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for network and power availability. If we fail to meet this commitment, you can request to receive account credits proportional to the downtime within 48 hours of any qualifying incident.

You can create manual snapshots anytime from the control panel, or enable automated backups with customizable schedules (daily, weekly, or monthly). The 2 most recent backups are retained. All snapshots and backups can be downloaded locally. Backup storage is billed separately at $0.1/GB/month.
